My oil painting ABUNDANCE is not so much impressionistic as it is abstract expressionism that is definitely identifiable as landscape and she was created almost entirely with a 6-inch palette knife. Look closely and you will see. ABUNDANCE is the richest of Spirits. She stands proud and stops the viewers gaze with her fence of ‘forbidding’, while at the same time wooing the viewer to enter; to come here, to step into the fruits of safety and peace, calling out “enter here and be forever protected and awash with the love of Universe. Live here, walk here in the abundance and sanctity of the Garden of Eden”. And then she beckons “Come let me dazzle you with my charming little spots and pools of colorful love”.
